Just got my GCMS notes. Can anyone advise what does it mean? Is there anything to worry? Is this related to my PR photos that I submitted during e-APR? should I resubmit new set of photos?

If IRCC needs anything further from you, they will ask . . . or you could make yourself crazy trying to interpret notes that are largely meaningless to anyone outside of the system.
