2. Biographical page of Passport(s)/Travel Documents of the child
"
The biographical page means the page where it has your child's name, photo, passport/travel document number, issue date and expiration date.

Provide photocopies of the biographical pages of all passports and/or travel documents of your child (valid and cancelled) for the relevant four (4) year period immediately preceding the date of your application. If the child was included in the passport(s) of one of the parents, provide copies of that passport(s)

Also, provide photocopies of any renewal pages of the passport(s)/travel documents.

My daughter has her own passport, also we added her to her mother passport

is this section

"If the child was included in the passport(s) of one of the parents, provide copies of that passport(s)"

Is this in case if the she don't have her own passport ? or I must include copy of her mother passport, even if she has her own passport?

note: her mother will not apply with us as she didn't complete the require days yet

For my 4yrs old daughter I typed N/A. Applied Sept 2014.
I believe is somewhere in guide, something like don't let any section blank; type N/A where does not apply to you.

Thanks! you are right they said dont leave blanks, however, because this is signature i thought it might be different...

I have called Canada immigration and they advised that i dont need to submit my wife's passport
