It's dental assisting at Durham college.
Now as you have work permit issued, doesn't mean you can work. To work legally, one needs to apply for SIN and have to receive ENS from college which is after successful completion of six months of actual study (one semester actually). Hence, work permit being issued doesn't mean one can start working.
Although effective january 2014, there is no proposed change in OCWP functioning which no one can yet comment as it is not into effect at the moment.
I would say talking to CIC about it will give you better clarity on this.
