Billing coordinator job for PR

I have recently joined a new company with the position as a billing coordinator. I was wondering how would this job be useful for me in applying for my PR. It comes under the code 1212. Could anyone please tell me what should i do further in this field for that purpose. What i should the tell the company owners to help me with. In short, any advice, ANYTHING which might be helful.

If the company owners want to help you they should obtain an approved LMIA for your job which will give you an extra 600 points under Express Entry.

Thank you so much for replying. Apart from that what else am i supposed to do? Is the lowest pay rate under that job 16.90 dollars ok to move further with?
