As per BILL C-24 do we need to write IELTS test ???, before citizenship
I had been informed that before applying for citizenship an individual has to get good score in IELTS :-[

If you passed your IELTS with a qualifying score, even if it is expire then you can submit that IELTS score as proof of language. No worries !

My current score is L-7, R-6.5-W-6,S-7
But i have written it in 2014 October, and may be my application for citizenship will come by year 2019.
