Bill C-24 4/6 rule (Basic or physical residency requirement)

I apologize if this question has been asked before.
According to the CIC residency calculator, I meet the basic residency requirement on 2015-04-01 - but the physical requirement on 2015-10-13.

Assuming that Bill-C24 comes into effect in June/July 2015:
Q1: Will the new 4 of out 6 years apply on my case?
Q2: Will I still have my residency as non-PR counted in this case?

It is very not clear whether the new bill use the basic or physical residency requirements.

There is no distinction between physical and basic under the new rule, only physical is relevant...
