I HAVE SOME MAJOR QUESTIONS ON THIS THREAD:

1) Do we know when the new law will be enforced with respect to the physical presence....!!

2) Who would it effect? Will it be enforced for everyone who is in the PR status? or will there be a cut off/threshold for those who have landed on certain date/year ...!!!

3) My understanding if this law is enforced in its full text, then it would apply universally to all the PR card holders...! even if they have 1 day left for their time (i.e.: 1094 days) - in this case they would have to spend another 366 days in Canada...!!!! ?????????????

2) It will apply to everyone. It won't matter when you became a PR.
