Dear gurus,
I have a big headache because my wife's renewal PR card has not yet issued. But we will go to Detroit for holiday with my cousin there. Her old card expired in Feb 2015 since then we started application. We will drive my private car back forward. We get all documents ready incl. all T4, T1, NOA, bank statements...etc. Will she be required to apply for travel document in this situation?
