Big mistake while taking test...Please help

Since both the photo and the ID were submitted, the officer could use discretion and accept the test results because both your image and the image of the ID were captured, just in the wrong fields.
But, we can't be sure. I haven't heard anyone else making this mistake before. The worst that can happen is that your test results would be invalidated and you will receive another test invite at a later point in time.
Try sending in a webform request marked urgent and let them know that you've submitted your photo in the place of ID and vice-versa.

I did the same mistake and they validated my test results. So you should be okay.
