BIG FAT REJECTION in Detroit, urgent, help plz

Hi All,

A friend of ours got rejected after her CEC interview in Detroit yesterday, and VO removed her and her boyfriend's legal status in Canada.(They applied for CEC as commonlaw partner and her boyfriend is the principal applicant)

Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. Any good lawyer can help them with appealing? W/O a valid status paper, now they can not return to Canada. VO believes their paperworks are phony and said they can not enter Canada for two years.

It seems like their only choice now is to return to homeland before their status in US expire.

Pretty severe. The VO believes they misrepresented themselves. If they are absolutely positive that they did not lie to CIC, they could hire an immigration lawyer to prepare a judicial review of the decision. Expensive and time consuming and only to be done if they absolutely DID NOT lie about anything.
