Best way to mail application regular post or courier?

I was wondering what is the best way to mail application ?? by Canada post xpress post or federal express? Please express ur reviews.....

Canada Post express.
important point.
make sure you filled the application correctly.

and provided the copies clearly.
my friends landing paper photo copy not clear they send it back.
so the 2 months delay .

We always use courier...still remembering the times when canada post was on-strike...

The landing photocopy it not clear in its original form, it's quite difficult to get the excellent photocopy of that.
