best way to go ottawa from toronto airport

Fly, check your ticket, there is a good chance that the ticket can be changed to from ******** to Toronto to Ottawa at no or little charge.

As PMM suggests flying is easiest.

The greyhound bus co. also has a service http://www.greyhound.ca cost is about $70

Toronto to Ottawa is a 4-5 hour drive depending on exactly where you're going in Ottawa.

Hwy 401 to High 416 and then whatever exit you need in Ottawa.

I would change your ticket to land in Ottawa.
