Best way to get visitor visa for my boyfriend in Grenada

I am a citizen but my boyfriend lives in Grenada and we are thinking about getting him a visa. But first am looking for more info. Like what do we need besides the forms and those obvious things. Can I give an invitation letter? What other suggestions do you have which can better our chances of him getting approved. He doesn't have a big important job so an employment letter isn't that easy but he does own a small bar. Any and all advise is gladly appreciated. Thank you

Best way is to marry him to get him a PR!

He needs to show strong country tie (owning a bar would definitely help) and financial assets.
Help him making a travel itinerary for the entire duration of his stay.
