There has been some miscommunication from the Detroit office. They had requested me to send additional documents to the Detroit office. My documents reached their office on Oct 5th. However today I received a letter from the Detroit office (dated Oct 6th), as a reminder that I need to submit the documents. My guess is that the VO had already prepared the letter and the documents (although reaching a day earlier) did not reach him/her in time. I wish to let them know the same, at the least get some confirmation from them that they have received the required documents. What is the best method to contact them for this?
