Hi guys!
So I came here in Toronto, Ontario in 2009 and took a 2-yr Hotel Management Program and graduated in 2011. A month after that, i found a job in a catering company as a full time food and beverage server and gained 1 year experience and 3 months. But here in Ontario, it's pretty hard to be a PR unless you have a skilled job under NOC A, B or O. In my case (Hospitality field) I have to be a supervisor/manager in order to apply/qualify for Canadian Experience Class, PNP or Federal Skilled Worker Program.
I've been looking for a Supervisory Job in Toronto. It's just so hard to be a supervisor because they're looking for at least 1 year supervisory experience and i don't have that yet. Now, how can I gain an experience if they won't give a chance to people, right? So, I'm giving it a few months.. If I don't get it, then I might move to Saskatchewan or Manitoba because I have heard that they don't require skilled jobs there to become a PR.
Btw, I'm a holder of a Post-graduation Work Permit which will expire next year.
What do you think guys? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
