Kindly help me out,

I have done DAE in Electronics in 2012, after that i have started job in a private institute as a health and safety trainer also i have experienced and skill based 3 Years diploma in Health and safety Diploma along with international Certifications. So

(1) i have no IELTS Certification,
(2) Will use Cousin bank statement as he will support me during my study.
(3) I have educational gap but have job experience can that will help me during my application process

Kindly throw light on my case and give me suggestion for applying in canada best university for Electronics engineering or health and safety diploma?

Big difference between a degree at a university and a health and safety diploma. Best is Waterloo. You need to do your own research.
1. Ok. Apply through non SDS but should have your IELTS to show language proficiency. ECA too to gain admissions.
2. Red flag. How old are you that you need a cousin (who is not considered immediate or extended family) to fund your studies. You should be funding your own studies if around 30 years old.
3. Ok. Program must build on education and show career advancment to justify the costs. Some schools will not accept a long gap. So again research schools.

If i go through On Non SDS then bow much bank statement will be required suppose a programe fee is totally 40000 cad then how much bank statement is required.

You want to pay first year tuition and show at least $10k. But $10k is a minimum. You want ot show as much as you can.

I am considering also Level 6 Diploma in health and safety from UK which is completely online And have Graduation equivalence in UK. does that help me during my process if i select Health and safety field instead of ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING. So you are studying in the UK? If you have level 6 then why Canada? You need to research programs and admission requirements.
