best universities for masters under the profile

Hi iam anil, i have applied for university of windsor, and lakehead university for masters in electrical & computer engineering(M Eng).
What are my chances to get admit for fall 2018 ? and what universities are best suitable for masters in canada with my profile.

10th -88%
12th- 88%
B.Tech- 74%(distinction) with last two years average of 77%
IELTS- 7.0( R-7,L-8,S-7,W-6)
