best time to move permanently

Hi all,
We got our COPR and we will land in May 2018. After that, we have maximum 3 years to settle in canada right? my question is , whether to move son or by the latest date? while i know that it depends on us, I want to knw abt the living cost, tax etc and the possible saving in Canada.

I will give a background abt me. I am working in Qatar for monthly salary of 2000 CAD. My husband also earns same salary. we have a 3 year old son.(he has to start schooling next year). I have relative in canada and initially, we dont have to take separate housing and thus rent can be saved)

So, what is the average possible income per person. how much can we earn or save during first months. If it is better than Qatar, we would like to move soon. Otherwise, we will save some money here and move later.

Salaries depend your education.

Why not attempt to find a job in your field before you leave Qatar, then you know exactly how much. Might a be a little challenging but since you already have status it is just a matter of agreeing with your prospective employer on a time line. Interviews might also be a little challenging but perhaps you can travel to Canada once you have a few interviews set up.

Mine is a regulated profession(pharmacist) I have to clear 3 exams, internship and a law exam to complete my licensing procedures and to secure a job in my trade, which would take a few years. So, I am trying to take up a temporary fulltime job related to my filed or nonrelated. Thats why I want to get an opinion about average pay and chance of getting such jobs.

Also,i WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THERE IS SOME pharmaceutical manufacturing companies where I can work in the quality control or production departmnts.
