Best time to do biometrics

Hi
We don't have VAC centre in our country . So to do the biometrics , we have to travel to another country to do it . My question is , if I m applying online for a visitor visa , what's the best time to do the biometrics ? I mean , is it a good idea to wait for 10 days to see if there will be a rejection ? Because if the visa is rejected, then there is no point to travel and spend too much money to do the biometrics for a rejected application . Am I right ??

Hi,

Unfortunately, you cannot wait because your visa will not be processed if you do not provide your Biometrics at the nearest VAC.
You must provide your Biometrics, then you will know your visa status.

Can a person go to any nearest VAC if the VAC is not available in the country of residence or are there specific VACs for every country?
