Best return postal service, sending passports from US

Please what is the best postal service to send passports including the return envelope, from the US? USPS likely to be the cheapest but it might not be a good option from canada? Is FedEx a good option? Or UPS?

UPS and Fedex both are good .... Fedex might have cheap rates than UPS
