Best province in terms of health care

Hi everyone! I would like to hear views and opinion about health care system here in Canada.. I'm in the stage of doing my PR application (waiting for result). Ive been doing a lot of research about health care in all provinces. And Ive read an article about BC and Ontario being the best in Health care system, and the 3rd province would be Quebec. If you have views and opinion, please share it here..

In terms of getting healthcare sooner, Ontario is last - you have to wait 3 months after you are eligible (for example, landing as a PR) to get healthcare. The first three months you are on your own. In Alberta, even a visitor can get healthcare from the day they enter, as long as their spouse is a resident of Alberta.
