I need your help on deciding which province to study and work. I will be studying Hospitality Management, while my boyfriend will be studying Business Management. I want to know which province has the best opportunity for us in terms of job prospects and the ease of getting a Permanent Residence.

an almost impossible question to answer given if nothing else by the time you have completed any courses the picture could be completely different.

Have you assessed your current and to be immigration eligibility position to set a start point given even having invested in these courses you might not even have enough points without an LMIA to qualify for PR http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/eligibility.asp This given studying in Canada is no guarantee of getting PR whichever province you chose to study in.
