Best PNP program for a chef

Hello,

Has anybody done research on a PNP program that needs Chefs? I'm trying to help my brother in law who's a Chef. It will be great if there's an easy program that doesn't require them going to Express Entry after the PNP nomination.

PNP programs don't need chefs. They are employer driven. What you need to find is someone who wants to hire your brother in law as a chef.
