Best place to obtain an ECA

Hello,
I will apply for the permanent residency by the Express Entry system. I need an Educational Credential Assesment. I am seeing that there ara more than one organizations to do it like International Qualifications Assessment Service or ICAS International Credential Assessment Service of Canada.

Could someone help me to choose based on your experiences?

WES is fast but very stringent....
IQAS takes a long time....
