Friends, maybe someone can advise me what would be the best study programme for my profile. I am looking for September 2014 or January 2015 intake.

Nationality: Indian Age: 37 Qualifications: ACCA, B.Sc. (Biology & Chemistry), LL.B., etc. IELTS- wrote in 2008 and got 8.5 but will be writing again on 10 May since the old result has expired. No recent work experience due to marriage. Earlier I used to work in a C.A firm.

Also I had got study visa in 2008 but firstly the course suggested by my agent at Seneca (IBM Graduate Certificate) was not to my liking, and I had switched to another legal programme at Humber College. This was within my permit period so I got admission for the next intake. But then I had to return to India due to father's ill-health after my mother's death. I left before my permit expired and I have not violated any visa rules. I paid one semester fees to both colleges to keep myself enrolled and had scored well in individual papers but obviously could not finish the programme. So do not have a final transcript.
Later I moved to New Zealand and soon afterwards, I got married. I now live in a small country in the African region. But I miss the civilized life in Canada and want to go back.

My budget is limited, so what would be the best option for me in terms of study programme. I have looked at College of North Atlantic, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, etc. for Accounting Diplomas.
Also, and more importantly, with my student visa history, etc. is there even a chance for me to go back?

Family ties- Husband in government job in this African country and father will retire as judge in India in June this year. Mother expired and no siblings. No children also. I will be applying alone for visa.

Sorry for the long post, but I hope someone can help me out. Should I give up my Canada dream? Is it too late for me?

Hi, you can try your luck by applying to any of the colleges that you mentioned. But in my opinion, it is better for you if you go for MBA. You will be able to convince the visa officer that why do you want to go to Canada. If you apply for a diploma in accounting, the VO may not grant you study permit as you already have studied ACCA.

So what I would suggest you is that give GMAT, and try for Memorial University in Newfoundland. The reason why i suggested you this uni is because the programs that this uni offers are the cheapest in Canada and you will not have any issues regarding tuition fees.
