Best means to send application

Hi,

What according to you is the best means to send and application to CIO - NS?

1. Registered Post - Rs. 150 (approx). 2-3 weeks delivery time. No tracking possible.
2. Speed Post - Rs. 470 (approx). 2 weeks delivery time. No tracking possible.
3. Courier - Rs. 1100-1400 (approx). 4-5 days delivery time. Tracking possible.

depends on you... you already know the facts...

if you can spend, traceability of the package is very important... and option 3 is my suggestion....
