BEST COURIER to use out of THE PHILIPPINES ------> OTTAWA, CANADA

Hello everyone!
I received an email today from the Case Processing Centre-Ottawa and it stated we are missing one of my husband's forms.... They asked us to send the "missing form" to them no later than Nov 30, 2012 directly to their office in Ottawa.

Would any one know which courier gives the FASTEST service....? Ideally, I would like to have this form in Ottawa no later than next week.....
My husband lives in Bohol, Philippines.

I just sent my documents here in Manila to Winnipeg via lbc and promise to deliver not more than 5 days but hubby received in just 3 days...my friend also sent a documents via air 21 and docs arrived within 3 days...

I second lbc....which actually changes to DHL in Canada.

Got some docs from my wife in Masbate in 3 days.

hi there ms canadian i also got an email from officer in ottpilot immigration that my apps were incomplete.and they must recieve it by Dec.25,2012....did you mail yours in CPC-MISSISSAUGA?I sent mine in CPC-M last sept.9,2012 and recvd sept.11 this year.good luck to all of us!keep in touch
