Best and faster options (PGWP for 3y)

Hi guys,

Last august I graduated with Master Degree in Ontario; I received PGWP for 3 years, valid up to end of 2017. This my first month in NOC 2171 offer with 60K.
I want to process PR. What's your suggestion please? Should I proceed in Ontario nomination program for Master students or direct to Express entry?? Do I need LMIA? I need your assistance please, I’m slightly confused here ???
