My university is not recognized by WES. So I am looking for best alternate of WES for evaluating my educational credentials.
Options are -
ICAS - International Credential Assessment Service of Canada
IQAS - International Qualifications Assessment Service
ICES - International Credential Evaluation Service
CES - Comparative Education Service / University of Toronto

Can you please suggest me the fastest option with timelines.
