Hi, We would like to apply for IEC Working Program, but my husband have been in ca. for 4 yours illegal 3 y. ago. this year he flew to canada for 2 months and he get visitor visa for 6 months whithout any problems, but now if we want to apply for IEC can he have problems to get it?? does heon he need to fill out on application that he was there illigal?? is there any chance to pass the process?? please help!
