You don't really have a choice because WES issues reports on the same name that appears on the academic records. Use an LOE to explain this when you submit your post ITA application.

Just to add my voice in case its useful for others.

for my WES i added my marriage certificate and change of name document so WES had on the report combination of both maiden and married name with my new name in bracket.

You can also add photocopy of passport while sending transcripts to WES.
