been denied entry with valid turist visa

Right now when i'm typing this i been held on the immigration of Canada because a previous file i had with FBI and ICE(voluntary departure) from the United States, So can the immigration of Canada refuse my entry because this file i had in U.S.? and also it's my first time in Canada. I have proof of Stay in the hotel and financial proof of money. please help me guys

Yes, it depends on why the voluntary removal, and if you lied to get your TRV by denying a removal from the US. Really not enough information, why CBSA detained you. (If you are actually detained)
