Hey guys, I did my test over 100 days ago, and have never seen "Decision Made" on my ECAS. (I didn't miss it, it was just never there!)
Still No "Decision Made", No "Oath", no update ... Nothing ... Absolutely nothing!

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on December 06, 2014.

2. We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 06, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

3. We started processing your application on February 21, 2015.
Got the RQ on Feb 22, 2015!

4. We sent you a notice on May 4, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on May 24, 2015 at 8:15 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

5. Your file was transferred to the Montréal office on June 4, 2015. The Montréal office will contact you.

What do I do? What's going on? Can anyone shed light?

Sometimes they may be waiting for final clearance and Oath date ( you will be in queue once all clearances are done) Your RQ has been processed at phenomenally fast pace. So you have to just sit tight and relax.

You got RQed. This is what's going on. The processing time for you can be upto 3 years. It doesn't matter if they have invited you to the test or not. Most probably your RQ hasn't been processed yet. You should expect something before the upcoming March, as CIC is supposed to wrap up all the old applications by then.

Thanks chikloo, that's comforting to know!

I donno. My sibling got "Decision Made", 85 days after having taken the test, followed by the oath around a week later. Also received RQ when they started processing the file.

Your RQ has been sent to montreal office for processing. Just like mine. This means that the RQ is related to possible lack of residency days. Montreal will process the file and send it back to your local office. Then you will be scheduled for oath.
It all depends on how fast Montreal does the processing for you. For me, it took 4 months. You can see it in my signature.
