I have a simple question most of them might be aware!
Under BCPNP-SKILLED WORKER, I should be offered and accepted the Job to get it done. Does that offer should be LMIA accessed or a normal job would work.
Little confuse please help here anyways, my NOC is 6221 and not in demand list.
