hello,
I applied for the bc pnp under skilled category on October and got AOR 68**.I AM NOT ELIGIBLE TO apply for ee and thereby for pnp express stream as I don't have any lmia. My work permit is going to expire on march. i have to wait more than 10 months to get my pnp approval. If I go back to back home, will they reject my pnp? I have heard that for alberta pnp ,we need a valid work status and once our work status expire they will not approve pnp. Does anyone knows bcpnp has the same demand. My employer is very supportive and she will support me with a n open job offer[without lmia]. my job is food service supervisor.If I go back to india,is it possible to come back?
