BCPNP- my employer is ready to support my BC pnp, To proceed do I need to get ITA first in pnp?

Hello, I am working in IT company in Vancouver, My score is around 105 (I can maximize this score to 120) but Tech score is going around 141.

My employer is willing to share employer letter and other required documents as well. Is there any way to extend my stay based on that?

No way to extend stay just based on employer giving you a job offer. You need to enter the pool and be selected to then be nominated by the province. Then when you apply for PR, you can extend your work permit.
