BCPNP Invite possibility?

I have done Masters in BC from DLI private university, and working under NOC 2 job which also aligned with previous exp. My score will be 125 only in sept. After looking at the cut off of 134 it seems impossible? What would be my options for BCPNP? Without LMIA or Express entry. Please suggest.

Hard to say . Points are really high right now and i don’t think so you will get invited. You should look job in health care .
