Hello everyone,
I got an invitation on 10th march in bcpnp skills immigration- international graduate for restaurant job. And i have applied by 2nd april. On 22nd april i got an email from bcpnp officer regrading (preliminary assessment) some information that wheather my work is open or not and what are conditions due to covid-19. I read it on their website that if my work is closed or if the employer is not able to fulfill the conditions; he will be considered ineligible to support me for bcpnp nomination.
we have given them the explanation already that it is closed due to the instructionas from ministery of health and moreover the restaurant in food court. Now i scared that whether they will still consider me for the bcpnp or not. I have this last chance for bcpnp international graduate category as my 3 years after study are over today. I am seriously worried, scared and what not.
Did anyone of you been through same situation, did they still considered you? Kindly please connect.
and if by any chance, they didn’t considered it due to temporary closure of my work. What should i do? I know there is LMIA.. but i think it will be very long process too.
please please suggest some solutions.
thank you.

nothing else. They didn’t start the process for pnp. This was just minor assessment question that my work is open or not due to covid-19
