I sent email to BCPNP to check eligibility criteria for 50% course within Canada under BCPNP International Post graduate stream.
BCPNP reply is given below:
This requirement may be considered met as long as:
In my case, I have completed 4 terms and 9 credit units from outside Canada.
Out of total 18 credit units I have completed 9 outside Canada, now do I need to complete remaining 9 credit units inside Canada in 2 terms or I need to take complete 3 terms ?????
All suggestions are welcome, as per your suggestions I will decide to take 1 more term or not.

- you completed 50% or more of your course credits in Canada, OR
- you were physically present in Canada on a valid study permit for 50% or more of the total length of the program
