BCPNP: I know I am not eligible... how do I become eligible?

Dear experts,

I have a question for you, because an immigration lawyer I have met recently only told me what I have already known. I am not eligible for BCPNP International student stream yet. Question #1 is, how do I become eligible?

I know that there are lots of options across Canada, but I like it here in BC and would like to check first if I have any options here.

I graduated from 12-months post-graduate program in Ontario and moved out to BC hoping to fit into BCPNP International Student Stream. So, naturally, I started to look for a job in categories NOC 0, A, or B. Then I go across employment agency, where I am told that with such a general education and background that I have (administrative, marketing), there always will be a Canadian person to fill out the position.

I make the conclusion: the only thing that can distinguish me from Canadian and justify my employment is the knowledge of a second language, which is not French btw. I look it up and there are some positions, but they are totally unrelated to my education and they are not in NOC 0, A, or B.

it is said:

The BC PNP will also consider applications for positions under Skill Levels C and D of the NOC Matrix where the employer can demonstrate that there is a structured plan for career progression to an occupation at Skill Level 0, A or B (conclusion #1).

But what the lawyer says is that because this position unrelated to my education it is hard to prove that it would lead to any NOC A,B or 0 category. So I give up an idea to find a job within NOC C or D hoping to prove that it would lead to NOC 0, A, or B (conclusion #2).

Another resort I though would be networking, but seems like a position found through networking won't be eligible for the stream because the position wasn't advertised (conclusion #3).

And here I got stuck and have no ideas what to do further. My background is so general that there always would be a Canadian candidate, the only distinct skill I have doesn't really make me competitive and networking won't help me. Are all the conclusions I have made logical and correct?

I could sit and wait when an advertised position with requirement of the second language is essential appears, but I have limited time. So, the question is, are there any real chance for me to go through BCPNP International student stream? Probably it is not as complicated as I see it? Probably I just somehow get any job and I am good to apply?

Sharing experience would be much appreciated!

Thank you very much, I really look forward to any comment or questions to clarify my situation.

Cheers!!
