BCPNP - How to transfer?

Hello!

Here's my story:

I applied for BCPNP in Jan. 2015, got my acceptation letter in May, and applied for PR in July 2015.

Here comes October 2015, refusal of PR for work experience reasons (9 month worked by the time I applied, needed 12) and re-application directly as I now have my 12 months experience required.

In October, I contacted the BCPNP in order to transfer my PNP nomination to my new EE profile, but was told that the BCPNP was only valid for one application if refused (I emailed them directly). I did not question this and moved on. Now, last weekend, I met someone who told me that he has been refused PR twice, and is going to apply a 3rd time soon, with the SAME BCPNP, that he got transferred... And now I feel like I have been lied to, but by who?

Am I able to transfer my BCPNP now? Am I out of luck? Please help! ???

I would suggest talking to an immigration agent who is working with BC - as believing someone who told you is one thing and knowing the facts is the other.

One thing to note - do you have evidence that they told you can not transfer your nomination?
