BCPNP - Employer won't sign BC Job Letter form

Hi friends.

What would you do if your current employer refuse to sign the BC Job Offer Form ?
My employer said say that they will sign any required papers for me except that BC Job Offer Form because of some policies stated in the form they can't agree with.
Is there any solution or alternative for this issue ?
