Bcpnp eligibility 1 year experience or 2 year experience

Hello, asking for someone. She has done 2 year diploma in early childhood education from Toronto and have 1 year experience from a well recognized childcare place in Toronto. She have got a full time job offer from Vancouver from a childcare place there. Is she eligible for bcpnp with 1 year of experience? I tried reading on the bcpnp website and it is very confusing if someone requires 1 year experience or 2 year experience.

If skilled worker, it is 2 years. Right on the site. Not sure how it is confusing.

I was looking under international graduate stream and it does not ask for any experience.
