Hello everyone,

hope you’re all safe and well.

I am currently working for BMO - Corporate Finance (System Operations).

My BC PNP application is being processed. My manager is really helpful.

He signed the forms and answer all the questions regarding my employment. He even call the BC PNP advisor to tell them that he’s able to provide more information, how stable the role is, how good I am..etc.

However, he didn’t get the authorization from HR to support my application. Hence, the requirement of “employer support” is not met in my application.

I had multiple calls and emails to HR. But it’s still not working.

According to my current situation. BC PNP is the best approach for me to get PR.

is there any one who is able to help this case? I need to get back to the BC PNP advisor before Apr 6th 2021.

any idea would be appreciated.

Kind regards,

Employer support is unfortunately a requirement to get PR through this stream.

If you don't think HR is going to come through, I would start exploring other immigration programs.

Do you have a full year of work experience in Canada yet? What is your EE score? CEC might be the way to go for you.
