I am planning to apply for an ECA for my wife's B.COM degree from Karachi University but I have a probelm visiting Pakistan due to tight work schedule.
I contacted BCIT (ICES) and they communicated that they can accept an email confirmation / verification from the issuing institution. In this case it would be examination controller of Karachi university.
Can somebody please guide me on the process of getting this done or If some one can help me out.
