My sister was recently denied twice for a study permit. She is currently in Canada for a family visit. We are looking into the BC PNP Tech pathway as she is a software engineer for many years. Does she need an employer to be qualified for this or she can just apply right away? Thanks for your reply.

She needs a job offer with an employer that meets PNP requirements, can’t hire a Canadian or PR and is willing to support her nomination. Employer requirements are on the BC website.
