BC Tech pilot

Hi,

Am I eligible for BC Tech pilot?
- Currently have 2years working permit via Intra company transfer
- The noc code was NOC0013 when i submitted the working permit (however, my most of experience was in noc0213 - i was promoted noc0013 1 year ago)
- The company was established in Toronto, ON (one of international branches)
- However, I have settled in Vancouver, BC for international task & supporting because of timezone.

Can I submit PR via BC Tech pilot? or BC PNP?

Or I have to submit via EE only?

For either BC option, the company needs to be registered in BC and go through the process to be recognized as a BC employer. This will require the company to do some work. If they're not registered in BC and have no real operations there, they will not likely be eligible to support you through the tech pilot or PNP.
