Bc-Tech pilot program

Hi, I am Kiran. I got an offer letter from an employer in BC and would like to apply for the Tech pilot program. However i am confused if applying requires just an offer letter from the employer or any other documents from him. As far as i have seen it says that Tech pilot would close in June 2021 and that the employer is willing to issue the letter after probation which is 6 months. I am really worried as it might close once the probation period is completed. So to apply for the Tech pilot do i need the employer documents at the time of applying for Tech pilot or submit those after getting nominated. How does it works?
