BC Skilled PNP questions

I've been working in BC for last 2 months on pgwp which is valid for 3 more months, I wanna apply under EE bc skilled PNP. I have a couple question.

-Do my employer needs to advertise the job under PNP?
-How long would it take for me to get AOR so that I can apply for wp extension?

Experts please answer if you know what I am talking about.

Hello brother sorry to say as i heard that bc pnp guys will give a support letter for work permit extension only when you have bc pnp approval not on AOR .... I could be wrong... But yea i am kind of sure about it..
If u have different situation with your work permit then I m sorry bro for what i said...

you can check Jan posts to get the general idea on how long to get AOR, but it can be different now.
Also, go to PNP website to make sure you meet all the possible requirement before you apply, good luck!
