BC Provincial Nominee after studying in Canada (British Columbia)?

I'll study in Canada soon because I want to stay in Canada after graduation. I will study Tourism Management (Bachelor) because I'm very intereted in it. However, I read that I will have to have a job in Skill Level 0, A or B if I want to apply to the BC Provincial Nominee Program after graduation in BC.

I doubt that I am able to find a job in this Skill Level just after graduation and wihtout working experience (and work permit is only 3 years!). I think that I will only find a job in Skill Level C.

Although I know that I have no chance to apply to the Provincial Nominee Program with this Skill Level, I wanted to ask if there is any other possibility for International Students who graduated in BC but don't have a job in the required Skill Level?

I couldn't find anything on the website of the BC Provincial Nominee Program but maybe there is still another possibility...?

There is no way to bc pnp without job offer letter unless you did masters or doctorate from a post Secondary institution
